Cut it out! is made in a gorgeous cotton anglaise fabric and shows just enough skin to make the heads turn in a "Oh Wow" kind of way! Her back has a smock panel and elastic waist, ensuring the perfect fit. Did we mention that the straps can be tied in the cutest bow at the length required? Oh! And she has a tiered skirt. Whomever said "Too much of a good thing" is a bad thing, didn't know this dress existed and clearly did not know what they were talking about.
